&lt;p&gt;The &amp;ldquo;Relief Pitchers&amp;rdquo; anti-foreclosure seminar, whose sponsors include the Lieutenant Governor&amp;#39;s Task Force, Office of State Banking Commissioner and the Delaware State Housing Authority, is meant to help civic leaders identify families at risk for foreclosure and de-stigmatize the process of getting help. Speakers include:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;U.S. Sen. Thomas Carper 
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Rev. Maurice Butler, Pastor, Elizabeth AME Church 
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Saundra Johnson, Executive Director, DE State Housing Authority 
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Roland Ridgeway, President, Federation of DE Housing Counseling Agencies&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The event starts at 1 p.m. in the Carvel State Office Building, 820 N.
