RealtyTrac Senior Vice President Rick Sharga talks about the findings from the RealtyTrac 2010 Midyear Foreclosure Market Report, including the fact that more than 1.65 million properties received foreclosure filings in the first half of the year, putting the nation on pace to see more than 3 million properties receive foreclosure filings for the year -- which would be an increase from the already-record high of 2.8 million in 2009. Sharga also discusses the states and metro areas with the highest foreclosure rates as well as the outlook for foreclosures going forward.
