The nation's real estate horror story is about to get worse, if a prediction by the industry's leading foreclosure-tracking company comes true. Speaking at the National Association of Real Estate Editor's Spring Journalism Conference here, RealtyTrac senior vice president Rick Sharga revealed that another wave of toxic loan foreclosures is about to rock the market.

Giving back the house has officially gone mainstream, which might have lenders singin’ the blues. Rapper Chamillionaire, known for his song “Ridin’,” became the latest homeowner choosing to default on his mortgage. He abandoned his Houston mansion instead of making payments on a house that’s worth less than what he paid, TMZ reports.
