Toni Braxton Fighting Foreclosure

The bloggers at TMZ have revealed that singer Toni Braxton’s Century City condo is in foreclosure. Public records show that Braxton stopped paying her mortgage on September 23, 2009.
Last year, the Grammy-award winning singer — who is $12,503 in arrears — was diagnosed with heart disease and was forced to cancel a series of Las Vegas concerts. Since then, she has struggled with her finances.
Located at 10120 Empyrean Way, #202, in the gated Le Parc condo complex near Hillcrest Country Club, Braxton’s condominium has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with 2,306 square feet of living space and is currently listed for $1,275,000. John Giddins of Sotheby’s International Realty Sunset in West Hollywood has the listing.
