Stately Prince George's County Property Discounted $221k

In an effort to personally help clear the inventory of foreclosure properties, a concerned politician or government employee living in the Washington, D.C., area might consider purchasing this bank-owned property in suburban Prince George's County. With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, this 3,312 square foot property was posted on RealtyTrac in early March with a $387,900 asking price, more than $221,000 below the sales price of $609,650 that the foreclosed homeowner bought it for back in 2006. The new asking price translates to about $117 per square foot, below the average of $144 per square foot in the zip code.

Thank you for taking this step. It would be interesting to know how helpful it has been for you personally. I like the idea of dofollow blogs, but get very irritated when the bulk of the responses are of the kind, "Great post, I enjoyed reading it," or "Fantastic blog, keep up the good work."

Regards
